Recruitment
We are specialized in searching of any type of candidates throughout Myanmar. We strictly our specified recruitment as well as selection process and never compromises who are renowned for their hard work, honesty, high sense responsibility and discipline. Once we received above attested original documents, we will submit the application attaching the original documents for pre approval to ministry of Labor, Government of Myanmar. They will verify the documents and will give us permission to advertise for this requirement, arrange the interview.
We will take the final interview and trade at concerning Training Institute and will be taken by: Representative from Training Institute, Representative from our company and independent consultant.
After interview, we will get 4 categories of the final selected applicant
1. Who has working experience and just need short training
2. Who doesn’t have any working experience.
3. Who doesn’t need training because they have applied for unskilled job
4. Less potential candidate due to some reasons (most of them are failed)
